PTK is a Filipino Fighting Art (FFA) that focuses on close-quarters combat and is designed for multiple opponents.  It uses counter-offense as defense against both, armed and unarmed attackers, and provides a complete system of strategies and tactics for all ranges.  It provides protection from strikes and attacks, promotes the destruction of opponent’s weapons, and ensures domination during any combat or self-defense situation.

In Spring 2005, Grandtuhon and Guro Dan Inosanto (Bruce Lee’s closest friend, sparring partner and senior student) introduced Kali  – in its “purest” form, to a select group of practitioners in North America.  This event marked the first time in FMA/FFA history that these “Legends” have joined forcesto provide an accelerated training program in the Filipino Fighting Arts… captured them on video (via MartialView) and them made available to “registered” martial arts professionals, Law Enforcement and Military Personnel around the world.

BS – Management.  6^th Degree Karate Master, Professional Speaker and Leadership Coach.  More than 25 years in health, wellness and fitness education.  Awarded “Instructor of the Year” for four consecutive years (1985-1988) by the premier U.S. Martial Arts Organization – Tae Kwon Do Hall of Fame, Pocono, PA.  In 1997 and 1999 he was inducted into the World Martial Arts Hall of Fame, and in 2004 he became the Executive Vice President of the Kali World Council, USA, Inc.

Physician and board certified Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Specialist, and has been named “Top Physician” by Washingtonian Magazine 1999, and the “Maryland Osteopathic Physician of the Year Award” for 1999 – 2000.

19 years of hospital-focused healthcare expertise with the latest industry technologies and development standards and president of ASHA IT/Healthcare Solutions; a woman/owned minority consulting firm that provides services in compliance, IT healthcare and technology planning, technical integration, and project management for clients in the healthcare industry.   Active clearance and pending 8(A) certification..
